Over these 20 years there have been only two (2) requests for a refund - both of which were handled immediately with a check for the amount of the product in the mail that day. This same commitment to your total satisfaction is intact. So, if you are not happy with a Boat Brite or YachtShine product please call me and I'll refund the cost of your purchase. I may ask that you re-package the product you are unhappy with for pickup from a carrier we contact, but most likely you can keep it and do with it what you want - perhaps a fellow boater might enjoy it.
