Refund policy

Fellow boaters, for 20 years I've been bringing top performing boat cleaning and polishing products to you. Over these 20 years there have been only two (2) requests for a refund - both of which were handled immediately with a check for the amount of the product in the mail that day. This same commitment to your total satisfaction is intact. So, if you are not happy with a Boat Brite or YachtShine product please call me and I'll refund the cost of your purchase. I may ask that you re-package the product you are unhappy with for pickup from a carrier we contact, but most likely you can keep it and do with it what you want - perhaps a fellow boater might enjoy it.
